This large, 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in Kahala. There is a lovely yard, which is both large and quiet, as well as a beautiful landscaped garden. Small single room $650, regular single $750, large single room $850 (plus tax). Utilities and WiFi are included.
*$75 one time move in and setup fee.
*$150 common area maintenance fee when moving out.
*Please note: for short term-bookings less than 6 months, there is a $75 fee/month. Deposit required equal to one month rent. $50 one-time application setup fee. Credit and background verification required.
